The Berliner Philharmonic is one of the largest and the most opulent concert halls in Berlin and in the whole Europe as well. It is a refined home to the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra.

The gorgeous building of the Berliner Philharmonic was constructed in the years 1960-1963. This master piece was full field by a genius architect Hans Scharoun. The Berliner Philharmonic consists of two halls: the great hall and the smaller hall. While the last one can accommodate only up to 1.180 persons, the great one is foreseen for about 2440 seats!
